WELCOME TO CAMP DOGWOOD!  Where you and your dog stay & play!

We are so happy you and your dog(s) will be joining us for camp this year.  This email serves as confirmation that we have received your online registration form.  If we have any questions or if the lodging option you have chosen is no longer available, we will contact you.

Click here to download some basic camp forms that you will need for camp, these include: Camp Waivers, What-to-Bring-List, Driving Directions, and a Camp Veterinary Form.  We encourage you to look through these forms at least 3 weeks prior to camp.

As it gets closer to camp, you will receive a more detailed Pre-Camp Packet with specifics about the session you are attending.  We typically send out the camp schedule 7-10 days prior to camp so that you can begin planning how you and your best friend will spend your time.  At least 4 weeks prior to camp, we will also send you a Paypal invoice for any balance that is still due, you can pay your balance online once you receive this invoice or you will have the option of mailing a check.

Between now and camp, we encourage you to work on some basic skills with your dog such as focusing on you, settling on a dog bed/mat, and having a good recall.  These skills are not required for camp, and if they are skills you are struggling with, our trainers at camp can help.

If you are on Facebook, we invite you to Join our Camp Dogwood Alumni & Friends Group, it is a great place for new campers to get to know others before they arrive at camp and to ask questions.  For camp alumni, it is a great way to stay in touch all year.  This group is where we first post camp news.  The Camp Dogwood community offers a wealth of knowledge and support to one another.  Here is a link to the group, once there, press Join and we will add you:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/1479486958992931/?ref=bookmarks

Please feel free to email us at [email protected] if you have any questions about camp.  We can’t wait to bond with you while your are bonding with your dog(s) at camp.
