PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICIES
(THESE POLICIES WERE UPDATED 11/2008)

1. To take advantage of the “Early Rates” for Spring OR Fall camp, a $200/per person, per session, deposit must be made on, or prior to, the Early Rate Date. (April 1, 2009) For campers who take advantage of this discount, balances come due (for both Spring and Fall camps) on April 6, 2009. There are no “Early Rates” for Winter Camp.
2. Campers with ANY outstanding fee balance remaining on April 7, 2009 will be responsible for a $50 late fee. We will consider any payment received with an April 6, 2009 postmark or earlier at Early Rates.
3. Spring and Fall registrations made AFTER the Early Rate Date should be accompanied with full payment of “Regular Rate” camp fees. (*Please do not send a deposit only as full-payments would then be immediately due.)
4. All Winter Camp registrations and any Daily Camper Pass for Spring or Fall should be accompanied with a full payment regardless of when sent.
5. Cancellations for any program (including Winter) made more than 75 days prior to the session will be refunded all paid fees, less a $200 deposit. 
6. Cancellations for any program made between 45 and 75 days prior to the session will be refunded only 50% of paid fees, less a $200 deposit. 
7. Cancellations for any program made 45 or fewer days prior to the session are NOT subject to any refund of paid fees.
8. Deposits (from the time they are registered) and any paid camp fee (once within 75 days of the camp session) are non-transferrable, non-assignable, and are subject to refund only within guidelines set-up in Camp Dogwood’s Cancellation and Payment policies #5, #6 and #7, as outlined here.
9. Returned checks and late registrations are subject to a $50 fee. Late Registrations are considered any registration submitted and accepted after the listed Registration Close Date for the requested session.
