PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICIES
(NEW POLICIES FOR 2010. PLEASE REVIEW!!!)

1. To take advantage of the “Pay-In-Full” discount, a full payment must be included with your application. To reserve a spot by deposit, include a $200/per person, per session, payment. Campers who reserve only by deposit will have balances remaining come due ( of “Standard Rates” ) 1 month prior to their camp session. There is no “Pay-in-Full” discount for Winter Camp, as full-payment is required for Winter Camp reservations.
2. Campers with any outstanding balance remaining 1 month prior to camp will be responsible to pay a $50 late fee.
3. Spring and Fall registrations initiated within 1 month* of camp must be accompanied with full payment at “Standard Rates”. (*Within 1 month of a camp session, you may only register with full payment of “Standard Rates”.)
4. All Winter Camp registrations and any Daily Camper Passes for Spring or Fall should be accompanied with a full payment regardless of when sent.
5. Cancellations for any program (including Winter) made more than 75 days prior to the session will be refunded all paid fees, less a $200 deposit.
6. Cancellations for any program made between 45 and 75 days prior to the session will be refunded only 50% of paid fees, less a $200 deposit.
7. Cancellations for any program made 45 or fewer days prior to the session are NOT subject to any refund of paid fees.
8. Deposits (from the time they are registered) and any paid camp fee (once within 75 days of the camp session) are non-transferrable, non-assignable, and are subject to refund only within guidelines set-up in Camp Dogwood’s Cancellation and Payment policies #5, #6 and #7, as outlined here
9. Returned Checks and Late Registrations are subject to $50 penatlies. A Returned Check is any payment by check that doesn’t clear bank deposit. Late Registrations are considered any registration submitted and accepted after the listed Registration Close Date for the requested
