Our group rates work very simply... For 'groups' of 5 or more campers wishing to attend the same camp session (either spring or fall), we offer $25.00-Off of Early Rates (regardless of when the group sends their registration) to each member of the group, and additionally, the 'organizer' will receive an additional 10%-Off their chosen camp package rates. Policies for Group Rates:

• The group does NOT have to stay in the same room or even in same kind of accommodations. Group members receive their discount off of the rate of their chosen housing (ie...some campers can request singles, others doubles, others shared, and can select any of the types of accommodations.).

• All registrations must be mailed to Camp Dogwood, together in one envelope.

• It is the the responsibility of the organizer, to collect completed registration forms and payments from ALL group members before sending.

• Group members must be attending full-sessions of camp. No daypass or partial-camp-campers are eligible for the group rate.

• Group members must Pay-in-Full at time of registrations. Deposits are not accepted for campers taking advantage of group rates.

• Once sent for processing, no additional members can be added to the group at group rates.
